Why Presora
Every day, doctors across Bangladesh write prescriptions under time pressure with limited tooling. Presora exists to make that work safer and faster: a complete local medicine database, dose adjustment for renal, hepatic, pediatric and pregnancy cases, interaction checking and clean printable prescriptions. The work we do reaches real clinics and real patients.
- Clinical accuracy first. We would rather ship less and get it right. Medical content is reviewed carefully before it reaches a prescriber.
- Built for local practice. We design for how doctors in Bangladesh actually work: Bangla and English output, local brands and formulations, and low-bandwidth conditions.
- Small team, real ownership. People here own problems end to end, from talking with doctors to shipping and supporting what they build.
- Plain communication. We write things down, explain our reasoning and keep decisions visible to the whole team.

How we hire
- Introduction. We read your CV and note, then arrange a short call to learn about your background and what you are looking for.
- Practical exercise. A small, time-boxed task related to the role, followed by a conversation about your approach and decisions.
- Team conversation and offer. You meet the people you would work with. If it is a good fit on both sides, we make an offer and agree a start date.
